4. PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 The Buyer may pay the price of the Goods and any costs associated with the delivery of the Goods to the Seller in the following ways:
a) at the Seller's premises in cash
b) when ordering goods via the internet, you can use online card payment, Visa and MasterCard and bank payment buttons are accepted for online payment. In both cases you will be redirected to the mBank payment gateway after submitting your basket. All communication takes place in the form of the most secure encryption between the buyer's PC and the bank. The transaction is approved by the bank, not the seller, so any rejection of the transaction must be resolved with the buyer's bank.

4.2 If it is customary in the commercial relationship or if it is stipulated by generally binding legal regulations, the Seller shall issue a tax document – an invoice – to the Buyer regarding payments made on the basis of the Purchase Agreement. The Seller is not subject to value added tax. The tax document – invoice shall be issued by the Seller to the Buyer after payment of the price of the goods.
The price for the provision of the photograph is set as a price for each photograph separately, depending on the size of the format in which it can be used.
5. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Price of transport to a selected branch of the network of the company Zásilkovna – 59 CZK
Price of transport by the company Zásilkovna directly to the selected address – 89 CZK
Price for foreign shipments according to the current price list.
5.1 In case the method of transport is agreed upon based on a special request of the buyer, the buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of transport.
5.2 Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is always obliged to check
a) the integrity of the packaging of the goods
b) the condition of the goods
5.3 The order will only be processed after the required payment has been received into the bank account.
The place of delivery of the goods (in the case of printed photographs) is the address specified in the order.
